1. Do I need to order in advance?
Yes!
We suggest that you place your order when you confirm your accommodations!
You can print our linen order form and send it to us with your
payment.
2. What is the reservation/payment policy?
All
orders must be paid in advance. We prefer either a check or money order, but also accept Mastercard or Visa. Regardless of your payment method, we also need a valid credit card number to process your order. If
the items you rent are not returned, are damaged, or are returned
late, we will charge your credit card accordingly.
3. What if I need to cancel a rental?
You
may cancel your rental order up to 72 hours before your intended arrival for a full
refund.
If
you cancel with less than 72 hours notice and have not sent
a check or money order yet, we will charge your credit card. If you have sent a check or money order and cancel, we will your refund in check form.
4. What if I am planning on picking up our linens from you
and arrive later than I anticipated?
Give
us a call if you think you will arrive after our office closes.
In
the summer, we are open until 3:30 PM on Saturday and until 2 PM on
Sunday. We can either leave the linens outside our door tagged
with your name
or leave it outside your rental house for an additional fee, which
will be charged to your credit card.
5. Do I need to wash the linens before returning them?
No.
That is not necessary. Laundering is included in the cost of the rental.
6. If I find the linens I rented at the house, do I get a refund if
I return it?
You
are welcome to return the linens early, but no refund will be issued.
Refunds are only issued if the rental is cancelled 72 hours in
advance.
7. Am I responsible for lost or damaged items?
Yes,
any lost or damaged linens will be charged to your credit card
and an invoice will be sent to you.
8. What if I need to return a linens and you are closed?
You
may leave the linens that you are returning outside our door at our Wellfleet location.
