Linens Rental Policies and Procedures

 

The Furies Professional House Cleaning Service and Linen Rentals assumes

no responsibility and/or liability for any injury and/or accidents

due to the use or mis-use of any rental item.

 
           Reservations
  • Reservations strongly recommended.
  • Rental of linens after first week receive 20% discount off the weekly rate if you keep the same linens.
  • Order by May 15th to receive 10% discount on entire order.
  • All linens are rented by the week.
           
           Payments
 
  • Advance Payment required with linen reservations.
 
  • Check, Money Order preferred, MC/VISA accepted.
           
           What you need to know
 
  • A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required as security, regardless of the method of payment.
 
  • You will be charged for any missing or damaged linens and other possible fees as defined below.
 
  • You need not launder our linens prior to their return.  Simply stuff them back into the tote bags provided.
 
  • Please do not use the handtowels as cleaning rags.
   
           Cancellations/ Refunds/Credits
 
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.  Cancellations made after that time will be refunded at the discretion of management.
 
  • If you leave earlier than expected or if you find upon arrival that the linens you rented are not needed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
 
           Customer Linen Pickup and Return
 
  • Upon your arrival, linens may be picked up at our Wellfleet office during our regular business hours.   If you arrive after business hours, we will leave well-marked bags outside our door for you.  Our office is located in Cove Corners Shopping Center on Route 6 next to the Wellfleet Post Office.  
 
  • All linens must be returned to our office by 10:30 AM on the day of your departure, subject to a $50 late fee if not returned on time (unless you have made prior arrangements with us.) 
 
  • If you return linens when the office is not open, you may leave the linens outside the office door.
 

          The Furies Delivery and Pickup Service

 
  • If you prefer, The Furies can deliver the linens to your rental home and/or pick them up at the end of your stay for an additional fee of $15 for each service.
 
  • Please call at least the day ahead of your arrival or departure as we need advance notice if you want The Furies to deliver and/or pickup your linens.
 
  • If you choose the delivery option, we guarantee that your order will be delivered by 5:00 PM on the date specified.  If you are not on-site at the time of delivery, the linens may be left outside.  
 
  • If you choose the pickup option, all linens must be packed into their laundry bags and left outside, ready for pick-up by 9:30 a.m. on the day of your scheduled departure.  If you have not arranged for pickup service, you must return the linens to our Wellfleet office by by 10:30 AM, subject to a $50 late fee.

  • Order your linens using our online order form.  You can either type the information onto the form, then print it and mail it to us with your payment, or fax it to us at 508-349-0474.
 
  • Regardless of your payment method, you must provide valid MC/VISA card information with your order.
